Agreement to Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the ‘Terms of Use’) apply to the web site located at megadeals.ae. The Site is the property of Mega Servies FZE, and BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE –IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
megadeals.ae reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your access to and use of the web site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the web site.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law.
Content
All “Content” on this web site collectively including product design, artworks, text, graphics, interfaces, photography, press cuttings, trademarks, logos, audio, design and computer code, including but not limited to the design, layout, structure, expression, ‘look and feel’ and arrangement of such content contained on the site is owned, controlled and licensed by Mega Servies FZE to megadeals.ae, and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. No part of the site and its content may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, posted, uploaded, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, mirrored, distributed or transmitted in any way to any other computer, server, web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without megadeals.ae’s express prior written consent.
Shipping & Delivery
Highlife shipments and purchases typically arrive within 4-6 days from the date we receive the payment of the order.
If the order is not delivered within 14 working days from the date Mega Servies FZE received the payment, the consumer is entitled to cancel the order and request a refund. Mega Servies FZE is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days.
Products are shipped directly from Dubai, using Parzel couriers for domestic shipments and skynet/ wing.ae for international shipping.
IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to Highlife shipping address (in this case Al warda Gallery, Jumeirah 1) because the buyer did not claim the package/ missed 3 consecutive days attempting delivery, megadeals.ae does not send replacements unless the customer requests and pays the charge for a second delivery.
megadeals.ae is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Unfortunately megadeals.ae has no control over this.
Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and megadeals.ae has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
If the customer is not satisfied with the product they can send it back within 7 days after receipt of the good(s). Products must be returned an undamaged condition in the same packaging as received.
Please contact sales@megadeals.ae within 7 days after receiving the good(s) and wait for instructions via e-mail. After receiving the instructions you have to return the goods within 2 days. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the transport.
When a product has factory defects or if we shipped the wrong product or any other fault on our part we will pay for the transport costs in the form of a refund.
In all other cases consumer will have to pay for the transport costs of the returned good(s). If applicable a refund or credit to your account will be issued within 8 working days. In case of an exchange and the desired product is not available you will receive a credit voucher which has to be redeemed within 6 months.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Visa and Master Card and AMEX will be accepted for payment in AED only.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Cancellation
Customer can cancel their order within the same day of ordering (up to midnight). After this your order production will commencce.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
